Key points

  • Requests within 14 days of delivery (EU / UK consumer rules).
  • Items unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Email support@ironandoak.store with your order number to start a request.
  • Return shipping is usually paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
